Holiday homes

Palanga has many holiday homes, and a barrel sauna can enhance a rental or family retreat.

Check local rules if you plan commercial use.

Pine woods and long beaches

Palanga has a white-sand beach, a botanical park and pine woods that run behind the dunes. It is a place for family holidays and quiet autumn weekends.

Sandy soil needs a prepared base. Compact a layer of gravel, set the slabs level and leave a slight fall away from the cabin.

If you are planning to let the property, check the rules for guest use and the local safety requirements for stoves.

Buying for the long term

A good sauna is a piece of furniture for years. Solid spruce, a quality stove and a simple design that you can maintain yourself all matter more than any fashion. That is the thinking behind the kit, and why the structure carries a twelve-month warranty.

Summer rush

In the summer season delivery roads can be busy, so book early if you want the sauna ready for the holidays.

Making the most of the season

Autumn and early spring are the quiet months in Palanga, and also the best sauna months. The sea is cold, the beach is empty, and the cabin is warm. Plan to have it ready before the first cold snap.
