Terms and Conditions

Rules for enquiries and orders, quotes, payment, delivery and optional assembly of the sauna kits offered on lt-en.saunacraft.pl. Operator: Denys Nechipai — sole trader, operator of the Saunacraft website, contact: nechipay2@gmail.com, +48 724 157 520. Version of 23 October 2026.

1. Definitions

Website — lt-en.saunacraft.pl, including the configurator and the "Quote" page.

Seller — Denys Nechipai, sole trader, operator of the Saunacraft website, the operator of the Website and the author of quotes.

Buyer — an adult natural person with full legal capacity, or a business, who sends an enquiry or places an order through the Website, by email, WhatsApp or telephone.

Kit — a garden sauna (barrel sauna and Quadro) supplied as a set of prefabricated, fitted parts with step-by-step assembly instructions, together with the options and the stove chosen by the Buyer, made to the configuration agreed with the Buyer.

Quote — a written confirmation (email or message) of the final price of the Kit, delivery and lead time, prepared by the Seller after contact with the Buyer. Optional assembly is quoted separately.

Assembly — an optional service: unloading, putting the Kit together at the agreed place, connecting the stove and first firing, carried out by the Seller or an assembly crew appointed by the Seller.

Force majeure — events the Seller could neither foresee nor prevent (weather that makes work impossible, breakdowns, interruptions to the supply of raw materials and the like).

2. General provisions and acceptance of the Terms

The Terms are available on the Website free of charge in a form that can be downloaded, saved and printed before an enquiry or order is made.

Under every form on the Website, directly below the send button, there is a note saying that by clicking the Buyer confirms having read the Terms and the Privacy Policy, with links to both documents. The click is the Buyer's declaration that the Terms have been read and accepted. The Seller records the date and time of sending, the version of the Terms, the IP address and the browser identifier, solely as evidence of that declaration.

An order placed by email, WhatsApp or telephone means acceptance of the Terms in force on the day of the order. The Seller sends the link to the Terms together with the Quote, and the Buyer's confirmation of the Quote counts as acceptance.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits the Buyer's mandatory consumer rights. In the event of a conflict, consumer protection law prevails, including the law of the country where the consumer habitually lives.

3. Prices, configurator and the "Quote" page

All prices on the Website are shown in the currency of the country selected on the Website. Prices include 21% Lithuanian VAT.

The price of the Kit includes delivery to Lithuania to the kerb or the entrance of the property, provided that the delivery vehicle can reach the agreed address (see sections 6 and 7). Assembly by our crew is not included in the price of the Kit; it is an optional service, available from 1 390 €.

Prices in the configurator and on the "Quote" page are indicative. The information on the Website is not a binding offer but an invitation to place an order.

A calculation saved under a "Quote" link is valid for 21 days from the day it was created. Prices may change, in particular after a significant rise in the price of timber, raw materials or fuel.

The final price of the whole order — Kit, options, delivery and, if ordered, assembly — is set only in the Quote. Only the Quote forms the basis of the order.

The Seller reserves the right to change prices on the Website and to introduce new models, options and promotions. Changes do not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

Dimensions shown on the Website are nominal. Timber moves; a dimensional tolerance of the finished Kit of ±3% (at most ±3 cm) is permitted and is not a defect. Visualisations and photographs are for illustration only — the shade of the timber, shingles and wood treatment may differ.

4. Conclusion of the contract and payment

The contract is concluded when the Buyer confirms the Quote in writing and a deposit of 30% of the order value (Kit, options, delivery and any assembly) has been received.

An incomplete order (without a telephone number, delivery address or chosen configuration) or an obviously erroneous one may be rejected. If the deposit is not received within 14 days of the Quote, the Quote is deemed withdrawn and the Buyer will be informed.

The balance is payable before the Kit is dispatched — by bank transfer, with proof of payment sent before transport. The Seller issues an invoice showing the VAT treatment applicable to the delivery.

If, after the contract is concluded, producing the Kit at the agreed price becomes impossible because of a significant rise in raw material or fuel prices, the Seller may withdraw from the contract and refund the deposit in full.

The Kit remains the property of the Seller until payment in full. Until then the Buyer may neither sell nor encumber the Kit.

A change to the configuration after production has started is possible only with the Seller's consent; the cost of the change (material already used, additional work) will be stated before it is carried out and added to the price.

5. Lead time

Manufacture takes 4 to 6 weeks from receipt of the deposit, followed by about one week for delivery. In the event of force majeure the lead time may be extended; the Buyer will be informed without delay.

For individual orders (a configuration changed at the Buyer's request, non-standard dimensions) the lead time is set individually and stated in the Quote.

If assembly by our crew has been ordered, its date is agreed separately once the Kit has been delivered or shortly before, and is not part of the lead time.

If the Buyer does not name a delivery date within 14 days of being told that the Kit is ready, the Seller may charge a storage fee for each further day, in the amount stated in the Quote. After 60 days without acceptance of delivery and without payment of the balance the Seller may withdraw from the contract and retain the deposit to cover the costs incurred — as against consumers, only up to the amount of the loss actually suffered.

6. Delivery and unloading

The Kit is delivered on a pallet of about 240 × 120 × 120 cm weighing about 800 kg, by a haulier whose vehicle has a tail-lift, to the kerb or entrance of the property. Delivery to other countries is by individual arrangement.

The haulier does not carry the pallet into the garden. The Buyer arranges for two people to unload the parts and move them to the place of assembly. Moving the parts across obstacles (steps, slopes, gates narrower than the parts) is the Buyer's responsibility.

The Buyer ensures that the delivery vehicle can reach the agreed address and has room to manoeuvre and unload. Any restrictions on access (a narrow road, a low bridge, soft ground) must be notified to the Seller before the Quote is issued.

If access or unloading is impossible on the agreed day for reasons for which the Buyer is responsible, the Buyer bears the cost of a repeated delivery stated in the Quote.

The Buyer, or a person authorised by the Buyer, checks the delivery in the presence of the driver. Transport damage must be noted on the delivery note and, where possible, documented with photographs. Signing the delivery note without remarks means acceptance without reservation as regards visible damage.

7. Self-assembly, optional assembly and the base

The Kit is designed for self-assembly. Two adults usually need about two days the first time, with step-by-step instructions and drawings included. The tools needed are a cordless screwdriver, a hammer, a spirit level and a stepladder. The Buyer may assemble the Kit personally, ask a local tradesperson or order assembly by our crew.

The Buyer is responsible for preparing the base. It must be level and firm (paving, concrete slabs, concrete blocks, screed or compacted gravel with slabs), free of grass and shrubs, and in line with the sketch supplied by the Seller. A foundation is not required. Defects of the Kit caused by a faulty base are not covered by the warranty.

Assembly by our crew is performed only if it has been ordered and paid for. If, in the crew's judgement, the base rules out proper assembly, assembly is postponed. The Buyer then bears the cost of the repeated visit stated in the Quote; alternatively, after agreeing a price, the crew may prepare the base at the Buyer's expense.

For the duration of assembly by our crew the Buyer provides mains electricity (230 V) and access to a toilet and water within 50 m of the assembly site. Where an electric stove is chosen, the Buyer provides a ready installation made by a qualified electrician (supply and fusing suited to the stove's output). Connecting the stove to the household supply is not part of assembly.

After assembly by our crew the Buyer checks the work in the presence of the crew and signs the handover protocol. Remarks made on the day of assembly are corrected on site where possible.

The Seller gives a 12-month warranty on assembly carried out by its crew. If work outside the Quote is given to the crew without the Seller's knowledge, the Seller is not liable for its consequences.

If assembly cannot take place on the agreed day for reasons for which the Buyer is responsible (no access, base not prepared, no authorised person present), the Buyer bears 50% of the assembly price and the cost of the repeated journey.

Waste generated during assembly (packaging, offcuts) belongs to the Buyer; the crew collects it at the place indicated by the Buyer.

The Seller may photograph an assembled sauna for its portfolio, without the address, names or images of people. The Buyer may refuse this at handover without giving reasons.

A wood-burning stove is connected, and its flue is installed, in accordance with the stove manufacturer's instructions and with the rules in force in Lithuania. The Buyer is responsible for checking local requirements and for having the installation inspected where the rules call for it.

8. Warranty and complaints

The Seller gives a 12-month warranty on the structure of the Kit from delivery; the exact scope is set out on the "Warranty" page. Stoves are covered by their manufacturer's warranty. The consumer's statutory rights in respect of goods that are not as described remain unaffected.

Complaints should be sent by email to nechipay2@gmail.com or by WhatsApp, with a description and photographs. The Seller examines the complaint within 14 days and communicates its decision. If a complaint is accepted, the Seller bears the cost of delivering replacement parts.

Timber is a natural material. Sound knots, small cracks, colour change and seasonal swelling and shrinkage within the usual range are not defects and not grounds for complaint. Adjusting doors and windows because of the movement of the timber is part of the Buyer's routine maintenance.

Photographs on the Website are for illustration only; differences in the shade of the timber, shingles or wood treatment are not grounds for complaint.

The warranty does not cover: damage caused by improper use (including overheating the stove, burning wet or resinous wood, closed ventilation), lack of maintenance (exterior wood treatment once a year), base defects, mechanical damage, damage by animals and rodents, wind over 25 m/s, flooding, fire, and alterations made by the Buyer or third parties. Faults caused by incorrect assembly by the Buyer or by a third party are likewise not covered; assembly by our crew is covered under section 7.

As against Buyers who are not consumers, warranty and implied terms are excluded to the extent the law permits, and liability in damages is limited to the order value.

9. Right to cancel

A consumer may cancel a standard Kit within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason, by sending a clear statement to nechipay2@gmail.com. The return is made at the consumer's expense: the cost of returning the pallet is charged at the carrier's tariff. The Kit must be returned complete, unassembled and undamaged; the consumer is liable for any reduction in its value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature and condition.

The right to cancel does not apply to a Kit made to the consumer's individual order or clearly personalised (for example a changed configuration, special dimensions, a colour chosen from the palette), or to goods that have been assembled, used or show traces of assembly.

Before production starts, the Buyer may cancel the order free of charge — the deposit is refunded in full within 14 days.

Refunds are made to the payment method used for the deposit.

10. Final provisions

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on the Website.

Polish law applies; mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country where the consumer habitually lives remain unaffected. The Seller is not obliged to take part in dispute-resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration body.

The Seller may amend the Terms; orders placed before the change are governed by the version in force on the day of the order. Each version is dated, and the version accepted by the Buyer is stored together with the enquiry.

Disputes with Buyers who are not consumers are decided by the court competent for the Seller's registered office; for consumers the general rules on jurisdiction apply.
