Many saunas on the market are made in a small number of workshops and sold through many different sellers. That is not a problem in itself. What matters is knowing who stands behind delivery, the instructions and the warranty.
Why this matters in practice
If something goes wrong, it must be clear who responds, how quickly, and what they will do about it.
Special requests, such as a different length, window or bench layout, are only possible if the seller works directly with the workshop.
Signs you can check
Are there photos of real builds at customers' homes, not just renders and catalogue pictures?
Does the seller give a company name, an address and a person you can actually reach?
Is it clear what is in the price: stove, delivery, lighting, assembly?
Questions that bring clarity
“Who stands behind the warranty, and how do I make a claim?”
“Can the length or windows be changed, and at what price?”
“How long do you take to respond to a complaint?”
“What exactly is on the pallet, and how is it delivered?”
